Seán O Regan is the Director of Gulf and Middle East Unit, which has lead responsibility for developing Ireland’s policies in the Gulf and Levant regions and contributing to EU and UN action in this area, and for managing Ireland’s bilateral relations with Bahrain, Iran, Iraq, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syria, the United Arab Emirates and Yemen.
