Caroline Ball has been assigned responsibility at Principal level for the Horse and Greyhound Racing, and Teagasc Division which brings together the State Bodies for both Horse and Greyhound racing sectors, and Teagasc under one remit. As well as managing the Minister’s statutory responsibilities, and overall Corporate Governance, in relation to Horse Racing Ireland, The Irish National Stud, Bord na gCon, and Teagasc, the division also aims to provide a quality service to the Minister and Minister for State.
