Making a submission or observation
Members of the public who wish to make a public submission or observation in writing concerning the Appropriate Assessment or the Aquaculture and Foreshore Application may do so within 8 weeks between 29th April 2026 and 23rd June 2026. All public submissions or observations (quoting T05-427-2) can be addressed to the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine, Aquaculture and Foreshore Management Division, National Seafood Centre, Clogheen, Clonakilty, Co. All public submissions or observations will be published on the Department’s website.
Submissions or observations received outside of the public consultation period cannot be considered.
