Members of the public who wish to make a public submission or observation in writing concerning the Appropriate Assessment or the Aquaculture and Foreshore Application may do so within 8 weeks between 29th April 2026 and 23rd June 2026. Submissions or observations received outside of the public consultation period cannot be considered.

Submissions or observations are also subject to Data Protection legislation.
