Principal Officer, Water Services Governance

Responsibility at Head of Business Unit level for oversight of corporate governance of Uisce Éireann, Gas Networks Ireland and its subsidiaries, oversight of corporate governance of the Commission for Regulation of Utilities and the Environmental Protection Agency in so far as it relates to water issues, and oversight of corporate governance of An Fóram Uisce. This involves managing capital and borrowing and other Ministerial consents for Gas Networks Ireland as well as capital commitments for Gas Networks Ireland and its subsidiaries.
