Customer Charter, Action Plan and Unreasonable Contacts Policy

The Department of Rural and Community Development and the Gaeltacht is fully committed to treating all its customers equally and to delivering the highest quality of service.

Our Customer Charter outlines the standards of service that customers can expect to receive when they interact with us.

The Action Plan sets out how we will implement the Charter commitments, and review and report on our performance in this regard.

The document also contains our Complaints Policy and our Unreasonable Contacts Policy.
