This Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) provides a range of media strategy, planning and buying services.
Goods and services that this DPS offers
This DPS offers a range of media strategy, planning and buying services, including:
- analysis and interpretation of data to inform media buying decisions
- analysis of the media consumption habits of the target market
- preparation of media plans
- purchase of media space and time
- collaboration with the client’s third party service providers if required (e.g. creative advertising agencies, public relations agencies, print and production companies)
- operation of strict budgetary controls and reporting systems in relation to media costs
- provision of updates on evolving media patterns and techniques

Contract Dates
Valid from: Thu 17 Feb 2022
Expiry: Tue 16 Feb 2027
Contract extensions may be available for this arrangement; please check the Buyer Zone or contact support@ogp.gov.ie for further information. Specifically, if you are concerned that the expiry date will have an impact on your requirements.
How to use this DPS
Drawdowns from this DPS agreement will be conducted through mini-competition.
Process Steps:
1. Verify the value of the requirement and select appropriate Framework Lot.
2. Define requirements and specifications. Identify the Evaluation Award Criteria. Complete the SRFT Documentation
3. Return completed SRFT Documentation to the OGP.
4. Provide responses to any clarification queries received.
5. Conduct an evaluation process. Complete evaluation report. Approve and issue outcome letters.
6. Conclude contract with successful tenderer. Provide Contract Award Notice for publication.
