Ann is a Parliamentary Counsel in the Office of the Attorney General, leading a team of legislative drafters, PC Group 2, and is a member of the Management Board.

Ann holds a degree in law from Trinity College Dublin and is a qualified solicitor. Before joining the Office of the Attorney General, she was in private practice specialising in commercial property conveyancing.
