The Office of Government Procurement (OGP) has established a new Framework for the Provision of Windows Desktop, Notebook and 2-in-1 Notebook Computers and Associated ICT Peripherals and Services. This new Framework offers excellent value for money, ease of use with Direct Drawdown thresholds now increased, greatly improved technical specifications and a wide range of support services.
Contracts are now in place under this Framework for the Direct Drawdown of Goods and Services.
Important *
Contracting Authorities who have signed any previous Notification to Activate Goods and Services Form (NAGSF) for these types of goods and services must complete a new NAGSF with the relevant suppliers for each Lot.
All previous NAGSF contracts have now expired.
This Framework is divided into 3 Lots:
Lot 1: Windows Desktop Computers and Windows Notebook Computers and Associated ICT Peripherals and Services.
Lot 2: Windows 2-in-1 Notebook Computers and Associated ICT Peripherals and Services.
Lot 3: New ICT Peripherals and Associated Services.
Lot 1 is for Framework Clients who have a requirement for the following:
• Windows Desktop Computers
• Windows Mini Desktop Computers
• Windows Notebook Computers
• Windows Lightweight Notebook Computers
• Windows Ultraportable Notebook Computers
Lot 2 is for Framework Clients who have a requirement for the following:
• Windows Detachable 2-in-1 Notebook Computers
• Windows Convertible 2-in-1 Notebook Computers
In addition, and only in conjunction with the procurement of one or more of the Devices described immediately above, Lot 1 and Lot 2 can be used by Framework Clients to procure the following:
• A limited range of ICT Peripherals, including;
• Monitors
• Keyboards
• Mice
• Headsets
• Webcams
• Docking Stations
• Unpacking & Packaging Removal Service
• Basic Installation
• Advanced Installation
• Image deployment
• Secure Disposal
• Asset Tagging
A broader range of ICT Peripherals is available via Lot 3.
Lot 3 is for Framework Clients who have a requirement for the following:
• ICT Peripherals, including;
• Monitors (conferencing and docking options)
• Keyboards and mice (wired, wireless, rechargeable etc.)
• Headsets (wired and wireless)
• Webcams (windows hello compatible)
• Docking Stations (USB-C and interoperable)
• RAM, storage, cables, connections and much more
There is no requirement to procure any computer device in order to avail of Goods under Lot 3. In addition, and only in conjunction with the procurement of one or more of the ICT Peripherals described immediately above, Lot 3 can be used by Framework Clients to procure the following:
• Associated Services, including;
• Unpacking & Packaging Removal Service
• Basic Installation
• Advanced Installation

When you procure under this Framework you are availing of Devices that meet a comprehensive range of Green Public Procurement Criteria, which will enable Contracting Authorities to meet their reporting requirements for the Environmental Protection Agency.

As a Framework client, you can access the services covered under this Framework and award service contracts using either of the two procedures outlined below, depending on the Lot:
A. By Direct Drawdown via Notification to Activate Goods and Services Form (“NAGSF”).
B. By Mini-Competition, following a Supplementary Request for Tenders issued by a Framework Client;
C. Self-Serve. Please note Self-Serve is only available for Lot 1 and Lot 2.
Please note that Direct Drawdown is only available for Standard Goods and Services and only up to the Maximum Thresholds. Please refer to the User Guides on the Buyer Zone for further information.
If your requirements cannot be met via the specification available via direct drawdown, and the estimated value is in excess of €50,000, a mini competition should be run.
