This framework agreement provides design teams to deliver projects including, but not limited to, the construction of new residential units (houses and/or apartments) for social and affordable housing, including associated buildings such as community facilities.
This framework agreement provides design teams consisting of architects (including Employers Representative for Works contracts, assigned certifier/design certifier and PSDP roles), civil/ structural engineers, building services (M&E) engineers, and quantity surveyors.
The deliverable projects will include but are not limited to, the construction of new residential units (houses and/or apartments) for social and affordable housing, including associated buildings such as community facilities, to meet the needs of the relevant Contracting Authorities. The duration and value of individual projects under this framework agreement will vary depending on the size, complexity and specific nature of projects and level of funding available.
