The objectives of the Corporate Affairs and Strategic Development Division are:

implementing a restructuring and reform package aimed at strengthening the Department’s strategic planning and delivery capability
key corporate functions including Human Resources (HR), Finance/Estimates, Information and Communications Technology
corporate governance of, and shareholder responsibility for, large commercial bodies operating under the aegis of the Department as well as non-commercial agencies and regulators
management of in-house professional services incorporating legal, accounting, economic and project management services
management of the Eircodes project
