The Bill will put in place a new EU framework to manage migration and asylum for the long-term and ensure Ireland’s policy aligns with other EU countries.

Engagements focused on progressing trade and investment, legal migration pathways, education links, and co-operation on shared priorities at EU level.

The refuge will offer 12 residential units, therapeutic spaces, a family access unit, a youth and child support unit and more.

The Bill introduces reforms in relation to Discovery and Civil Procedure in the Courts, as well as a change to the monetary limits on the jurisdiction of the Circuit and District Courts.
