New Youth Diversion Projects for East Clare and North Tipperary

The DERG YDP will deliver enhanced supports to young people and families.

The Family Courts Act 2024 will introduce important changes to the delivery of family justice in Ireland.

Each year funding is provided through the Victims of Crime Fund.

A cross-jurisdictional committee of Judges chaired by Ms Justice Nuala Jackson was established to prepare the guidelines.
