The Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage on the 10 March 2021, formally re-appointed two candidates for a second term to the Board of the Residential Tenancies Board.
The Residential Tenancies Board is an independent statutory agency established in 2004 under the Residential Tenancies Act and it main functions are:
The Minister has re-appointed from 23 April 2021 to 22 April 2026, Ms. Audry Deane and Mr. James Doorley.
This brings the Board membership to 10 persons.
