The General Scheme of the Planning and Development (Amendment) (Number 2) Bill 2021 provides for:
• streamlining substitute consent procedures in part XA of the Planning and Development Act 2000;
• simultaneous planning applications with substitute consent applications; and
• related environmental impact assessment screening provisions.
