This page contains information about Irish public sector procurement opportunities.
The eTenders procurement website displays all Irish public sector procurement opportunities advertised in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It also displays lower-value contracts uploaded to the site from awarding authorities.
The Tender Advisory Service (TAS) was established by the Office of Government Procurement (OGP) in consultation with SME stakeholders, to address concerns in relation to perceived barriers for SMEs in competing for tender opportunities.
The OGP Schedule of Frameworks and Contracts sets out the OGP’s service delivery plan for Q2 2020 to Q1 2021 and provides details of when key contracts and frameworks will be available for use by public sector bodies.
From January 2016, this area will contain a summary listing of awards for mini-competitions and also standalone agreements where the original tender notice was not published on eTenders. Updates will be provided on a quarterly basis.
Each year, the OGP reports on tendering expenditure on goods, services and minor works by Irish public service bodies. These reports are part of the OGP's commitment to openness and transparency around public procurement in Ireland. The report highlights the large percentage of spend with SMEs each year.
