The Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine (DAFM) has entered into Data Sharing Agreements (DSA’s) under the Data Sharing and Governance Act 2019 (DSGA) with other public bodies. Further details about each of the DSA’s can be found below:
The consultation for this DSA took place between 1 September 2022 and 29 September 2022
The consultation for this DSA took place between 23 March 2023 and 20 April 2023
Data Sharing Agreement (DSA) between the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine (DAFM) and Bord Bia for the purpose of verifying membership in a Bord Bia scheme which is a prerequisite to establish eligibility for a DAFM programme or scheme.
The consultation for this DSA took place between 27 July 2023 and 24 August 2023.
Data Sharing Agreement (DSA) between Bord Bia and the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine (DAFM) for the purpose of using existing shared data for the new purpose of introducing best practise measures relating to the slaughter of young calves.
The consultation for this DSA took place between 11 Sept 2023 and 9 October 2023.
Data Sharing Agreement (DSA) between Bord Bia and the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine (DAFM) for the purpose of Identifying herds/flocks participating in the Bord Bia Sustainability and Quality Assurance Scheme where a legal notice has been issued under Section 42 of the Animal Health and Welfare Act 2013 and communicating the details of the notice to inform the audit program.
