1. The data you are providing is being collected by the International Protection Accommodation Services (IPAS) of the Department of Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth. The data controller’s contact details are:

6. Information may also be shared with our translation and interpretation service provider(s).
7. The personal data provided may also be shared with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees in connection with their mandate to support the international protection process.

You can do this by completing a Subject Access Request form, available at https://www.gov.ie/en/organisation-information/db300-dcediy-subject-access-request-form/ and forwarding it to sar@equality.gov.ie or by post to the Data Protection Officer at the address below.
You will be required to verify your identity before any data can be forwarded to you.
11. You have the right to rectify any inaccuracies in your data.
