The Department of Children Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth (DCEDIY) have entered into a Data Sharing Agreement (DSA) under the Data Sharing and Governance Act 2019 with Mary Immaculate College for the sharing of LINC Data in Early Years care.
The purpose of this data sharing agreement is to verify that Early learning and Care settings applying for additional capitation have a fully qualified Inclusion Co-ordinator in their setting as well as provide information for the recruitment campaign for the Leadership for Inclusion in the Early Years (LINC) programme.
