Responsibility for performance improvement and oversight of the HSE and the National Treatment Purchase Fund (NTPF) in relation to access to scheduled care in Acute Hospitals for Irish patients including the development, implementing and oversight of action plans for inpatient and outpatient activity; plans for Paediatrics Orthopaedic Services and treatment for Scoliosis; liaison with and support of clinical programmes; development of waiting list ICT solutions; and governance and oversight of the NTPF.
