Responsible for the HSE Pay and Numbers strategy and performance; control and sanction of senior appointments, and implementation of Government policies on employment terms and conditions in the public health service and in agencies under the aegis of the Department of Health; managing industrial relations; implementation of Public Services Agreements as they relate to the health service; development and negotiation of agreements on employment terms and conditions for employees in the health service.
