To ensure that appropriate structures, policies and procedures are in place to meet the Public Appointment Service's Recruitment and Selection responsibilities across the Public Service, and to oversee the compliance, quality assurance, IT, budget, estimates, and audit functions relating to this work. Maintaining reporting relationships with relevant client Departments and public bodies in relation to the recruitment and selection services provided.
