Responsibility at Head of Business Unit Level, for the establishment and governance and oversight issues for the Office of the Planning Regulator and the Land Development Agency. This includes progressing the Land Development Agency Bill to statutorily establish the LDA as a Commercial Agency. Also works closely with other colleagues within the Division on these issues and during the course of 2019 as staffing increased he will become responsible for governance oversight of An Bord Pleanála (during 2019). The role will also evolve to examination of Local authority performance assessment in planning area.
