Staff Development Unit; responsibility for the department's learning and development area including the development and rollout of the QQI accredited learning programme for front line roles in DSP.
Employee Engagement; responsible for the Civil Service Employee Engagement Survey action plan including staff fora and engagement rollouts for all members of staff. Responsibility for the promotion and delivery of the department’s Engagement and Innovation programme across business areas.
Industrial Relations; responsibility for industrial relations issues and engagement with staff, managers and unions.
