Responsibility at Head of Business Unit level for Strategic HR, Information Management and International. This includes future working arrangements, post-pandemic transition back to workplaces and development of the department’s Blended Working policy; as well as the implementation of Civil Service Renewal and the Organisational Capability Review. She also leads the department’s EU, International, North-South, Brexit, and SDG coordination team, and is responsible for data protection, records management and knowledge management policy, including a formal exit management policy for the department.
