Legal proceedings may be forwarded by email to contact@csso.gov.ie provided the documents do not exceed 20MB in size. If you already are in communication with a specified Legal Officer, please email them directly. The CSSO will confirm service of legal proceedings as soon as possible after receipt.
Legal proceedings may be served in person by leaving them in Reception at Osmond House only. They will be forwarded to the appropriate section and will be acknowledged as soon as possible.
Proceedings may also be served by post, in accordance with Order 121 of the Rules of the Superior courts.
