Marion Berry

Marion was appointed Director General of the Office of the Attorney General in April 2026.

Prior to this role, from 2022 Marion was the Deputy Director of Public Prosecutions.

She was an Advisory Counsel in the Justice Group of the Office of the Attorney General between 2009 and 2022 and seconded for a period of that time as the Legal Advisor to the Department of Enterprise between 2013 and 2015. She was called to the Bar in 2001, practising at the Law Library between 2002 to 2009. She obtained a B.A. in Law and European Studies (French) from the University of Limerick in 1999.
