Director General

As Director General, Marion is the senior civil servant and non-political head of the Office.

She is responsible for the effective and efficient management of the Office including particular financial responsibilities, strategic planning and direction, delivering outputs and outcomes, addressing cross-cutting matters involving the Office and, as Accounting Officer, being accountable before Oireachtas Committees as required.

She is committed to leading the Office in its mission to serve the public interest by providing the highest standard of professional legal services to the government, its departments and offices as economically and efficiently as possible while supporting adherence to the rule of law.
