Responsible for the delivery, co-ordination and management of professional legislative drafting services by a group of specialist legislative drafters (Parliamentary Counsel) for the following Departments of State:
- Department of Defence
- Department of Education and Youth
- Department of Finance
- Department of Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science
- Department of Public Expenditure, Infrastructure, Public Service Reform and Digitalisation
Ann is a member of the Government Legislation Committee and attends meetings of the Committee with regard to legislative drafting work falling within her remit.
